Review by hotel critic
As a wildlife conservationist and safari guide, my family's stay at this hotel was disappointing. Despite its claims to be family-friendly, we found very little to engage our one child under four. The children's play area was uninspired, lacking the vibrant energy we expected. While they advertised family activities, many were unavailable during our visit, which left us searching for entertainment. I must mention, though, that the staff were polite, albeit unhelpful when addressing our concerns. The surroundings did not reflect the promise of authentic Kenyan hospitality. I would urge families to explore other options that genuinely cater to children and deliver the enriching experiences that East Africa has to offer. Our quest for a welcoming atmosphere continues.
